Will you ever be coming to the US of A?

It is an idea I am most seriously entertaining yes. Can I saty at your house? ;)

Seriuosly though, I am very ordinary in person; just make sure the conversation stays on the Half-Continent and all will be well.

Tasmania, everyone must visit Tassie at least once. Surely there must be a book signing here one day...

Second the USA request!

When in Seattle, feel free to crash at my humble home - or at least enjoy a good meal.

BrandenRose said...

Well if you ever do decide to come, i will certainly ask my parents and see if we can arrange something...
and on the conversation, I have plenty to say/ask/discuss on that topic to keep a person busy for some great amount of time...or two...or three

Brandy said...

I second, Mr. Hranac, you have friends in the Seattle area should you come here.

Brisbane.
You have to come.

I'd issue an invitation as well except that, if your purpose in visiting the US is to promote your work, St. Louis has little to no chance in competition with destinations like LA, New York, and Chicago. But I'd encourage a US visit all the same.

Ooh! Please come to South Dakota if/when you come to the US. Authors, especially ones I like, almost never come to my homestate, so I'll pipe up for us. I don't know if you'd get a bigger audience than me, though, so I'll echo Alyosha and say it might not be the best place for publicity.

I'm in Northern VA near DC (Just FYI)
Because I do think our capital should at least be in the running :)

Come to SoCal and you may sleep on my couch.

By the way, I finished Factotum and it was astonishing.

Are you going to write a [Foundling] Book 4? It's like leaving us hanging here. This world you have fashioned cannot be finished.

Cornish I love your books, first have you or are you coming to the
gold coast/tweed anytime soon, secondly

(SPOILER ALERT)
Is Rossamund the duke of humans, the duke of rabbits is a monster rabbit, the duke of sparrows is a monster sparrow, and Rossamund is a monster human

noelle said...

Hmm. I wonder how long it is proper to wait to discuss Factotum in order to avoid spoiling it for anyone? I'd like to hear others' thoughts about the book, but I'd hate to inadvertently ruin the experience for someone!

noelle said...

In addition, whatever became of the Varificon? Does anyone remember that anymore? Did any of those words ever make their way into Factotum? It was fun while it lasted :)

that's the as-of-yet only used by me page on the subject

Don't mean to come in here off topic for the blog, but I just finished Factotum this morning. I just want to say: Bravo, Mr. Cornish. Scarcely have I ever been as entertained by a trilogy. I'll be holding on to this one for my kids some day.

The Smiths make good conversation, too. I haven't been here for a while because I was reading factotum and I didn't want any spoilers. It was amazing. I love it.

Yes, yes they do indeed, Portals...

Hello

I am a huge fan in Autralia of your Monster blood tattoo books and was eager to read the 3rd book? I have to say it engrossed me the whole way and I go to the end and was like well um...where is the big fight between humans and monsters. The BR goes one way and Rossamund walks off into the distance kinda thing kinda left me hanging for me....Where is this Kind of Sparrows? I'm really hoping there is a 4th book I feel a little bit let down....I just hope that because my books that I can see don't say trilogy on them that there are other books of the dear little rossumand we have come to know and the adventures that await him and his comrades on the boil??? I sincerely hope so.....

I am honestly dying to know whether a Part Four will be coming out. It seems like such a truncated ending to the series. I felt that it left alot unsaid such as the Sparrow King. I wonder if the title change implies a 4th book? I certainly hope so.

i have a idea for you Cornish, u already wrote a series about Rossamund, why not write a series about the beginning of Europe? or make a 4th book about Rossamund? i just don't want the series to end lol

(like rossamund meets biragee the beautiful, or fights a false god? just saying what my friends said)

im sure that here anyone who is a fan of the monster blood tattoo series can relate, but my imagination has become entrapped in this great story that you have woven around Rossamund and i have been waiting for that fourth book to come out if there is to be one. I'm obviously not the only one and i was wondering if u could possibly give a date that book 4 would be released if you are indeed writing one
